Sausage Cheese Grit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 lb. garlic cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    paprika
Preparation
    Fry and drain sausage; set aside.
    Cook grits for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Add margarine and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add milk, eggs and sausage.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle paprika on top of casserole.
    Serves 6 to 8.
