Baked Chicken With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    \"lite\" Italian salad dressing
    nonstick cooking spray
    2 medium zucchini
    paprika
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
    Skin chicken pieces.
    Place in pan.
    Sprinkle with salad dressing.
    Put under broiler and broil until brown.
    Turn pieces over; sprinkle again with salad dressing and broil until brown (approximately 5 minutes each side).
    Reduce oven temperature to 400\u00b0.
    Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
    Quarter zucchini the long way and lay across top of chicken.
    Cover with foil and return to oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 1 1/2 hours more.
    Makes very tender chicken with plenty of juices to serve over rice or potatoes.
