Mushroom Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped fine
    1 green onion, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Mix with chopped mushrooms, onion and salt.
    Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
    (If mixture looks too mushy or loose, add a bit more bread crumbs.)
    Divide into 6 patties and press into shape.
    Fry in butter, not too hot, until outside is crisp and inside moist.
    Makes 6 patties.
