Tortilla Rolls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, diced
green onions, diced
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
flour tortillas
picante sauce

Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and spread onto flat tortillas.
Roll up and then cut into 1-inch sections.
Dip in picante sauce.
