Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 small sweet pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 c. white vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Bring last 6 ingredients to boil.
Boil hard for 1 minute. Pour over cabbage.
Store in tightly closed container in refrigerator and will keep 3 or 4 weeks.
