Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium deer roast
    1 onion
    potatoes
    carrots
    garlic salt
    Carls seasoning
    cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Prepare roast by soaking in ice water overnight. Put roast in baking pan and season with garlic salt. Cut up potatoes, carrots and onion and place around roast. Open can of cream of chicken soup and spread on top. Season with Carls seasoning over all. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours or until meat reaches temperature.
