Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced in rings
    1 cucumber, sliced
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Toss tomatoes, green pepper, onion and cucumber in large bowl. Bring rest of ingredients to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute and toss with vegetables.
    Chill (preferably overnight, but at least 4 to 6 hours).
