Cheddar-Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
4 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
green pepper (optional)
onion and bacon crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Toss cheese with flour.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Add cheese mixture and spinach; mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Cook 40 minutes.
Makes 4 to 8 servings.
