Open Face Tuna And Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 oz. Star-Kist tuna (in spring water)
    2 tsp. minced celery
    1 slice Weight Watchers wheat bread, toasted
    4 thin slices dill pickle
    1 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; stir in tuna and celery.
    Cover toasted bread slice with pickle slices, then tuna mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Broil 4 inches from source of heat until cheese melts.
