Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. instant dry milk
1/3 c. boiling water

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. This thickens quickly.
It should be used as soon as it is cool. This makes the equivalent of 1 can of Eagle Brand milk.
