Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
2 (9 oz.) pkg. French green beans
3/4 oz. cashews
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Stir in flour.
Add milk and seasonings and cook until bubbly.
Stir in Swiss cheese.
