Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    32 oz. sour cream
    3 graham crackers
Preparation
    Butter a 10-inch spring-form cake pan.
    Crush 3 graham crackers and sprinkle on bottom of pan.
    Cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla with mixer.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn off oven and let stand 45 minutes in oven.
    Top with your favorite pie filling (cherry or blueberry).
