Casserole Compote Or Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 (13 oz.) can peach halves, undrained
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
    1 large can pear halves, drained
    1 can apricot halves, drained
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped, candied ginger
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart casserole while oven is heating. Remove from oven
    and
    stir
    in
    flour
    and curry powder.\tAdd fruit and stir
    gently.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and ginger. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    May be prepared in a large boiler on top of stove.
    Serve with your dinner.
