Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; gradually add egg yolks and milk.
Beat on low speed; add oil.
Batter will be very thin.
Beat hard for a couple of minutes, then fold in beaten egg whites.
If recipe is doubled, add only 3 eggs.
