Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cocoa
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sift together cocoa and sugar.
    Cream butter and part of the sugar-cocoa mixture, then add vanilla and 1/4 cup milk.
    Add remaining sugar-cocoa mixture and milk; stir to desired consistency.
