Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and make a well. Add oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin. Mix well and put into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. If top seems too moist, return to oven. Yield: 3 small loaves.
