Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. white sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix potatoes, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, salt and butter. Thoroughly fold in egg whites.
Put in a baking dish and cover with topping.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
