Cooked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh corn
    4 to 5 slices streaked side meat
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry side meat.
    When done, remove meat and cool drippings. Add corn, salt, pepper and enough water to cover corn.
    You may add more water to make the corn soupy when it is done (or milk is even better). Stir flour and water to make a smooth mixture and add to the corn.
    Cook for a few minutes.
