Dilly Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
