Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in pan over low heat.
Blend in flour and pepper. Add milk all at once, stirring constantly and cook on high until sauce thickens and bubbles.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
If you cook it too much, the butter will separate and it will be too thick.
To correct this, just add a little more milk and cook quickly, stirring constantly until it bubbles.
