Shrimp Pelou - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 3/4 sticks margarine
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. green onions (about)
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute vegetables.
    Place sauteed vegetables and all other ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, stirring after 30 minutes.
