Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry beans
1 Tbsp. chopped basil, parsley and thyme
2 or 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
piece of smoked or boiled ham or smoked sausage-turkey sausage
Preparation
-
Boil beans.
Add all other ingredients.
Cook in the last 2 hours.
Add sauteed garlic, onions and green pepper, then add ham or cook Eckrich sausage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice and corn bread.
