Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 piece haddock
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    sliced onion
Preparation
    Place fish in
    the
    middle
    of large baking dish.
    Pour milk over fish.\tPut
    butter
    on
    top
    of
    fish.
    Add salt and pepper. Slice an onion and place over fish.
    Let fish bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
