Banana Strawberry Shake(Healthy Drink) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen banana, peeled, cut into 2 inch pieces
    1 c. frozen strawberries (not packed in sugar syrup)
    1 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. honey
    4 Tbsp. whey protein powder, plain or vanilla flavor
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, about 45 seconds. If too thick, add more milk to taste. Yields one 20 ounce shake.
