Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, broken into small pieces
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Place bread in baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over bread, mashing together.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
