Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
2 eggs
3/4 c. blueberries, thawed and drained
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
In small bowl, beat milk, butter and eggs; combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine with egg mixture.
Stir until just moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into 12 prepared muffin cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
