Moon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 stick oleo or butter
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring water and oleo to a boil.
Add flour and mix.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Beat in eggs with wooden spoon.
Will be consistency of pizza dough.
Spread on 11 x 13-inch sheet pan, ungreased.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool.
Crust will look like moon craters.
