Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 oz. pimento, drained and chopped
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine vegetables (frozen), soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
