Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour taco patties
    ground chicken, browned and simmered in taco seasoning mix
    1 envelope brown gravy mix (no fat)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. black olives, chopped
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 tomato, chopped
    8 oz. each: Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Put 2 tablespoons meat on a flour pattie and sprinkle a little of each item and roll up and put in an oblong baking dish, six to seven to a dish.
    Make gravy and pour over patties and sprinkle rest of cheese and pour 1 cup of mild taco sauce over.
    Bake 10 minutes in microwave.
