Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil until limp.
    Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until sauce thickens.
    Puree sauce in food processor or blender.
    Freezes well.
