Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together first five ingredients until blended.
    Combine and add the remaining ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are just moistened.
    Do not overmix!
    Spray or butter muffin tins. Fill cups 3/4 full.
    Bake for about 25 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes about 2 dozen muffins.
