Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. milk, scalded
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients
    in a large bowl, except nutmeg.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie crust (unbaked). Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes more.
