Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sage-flavored bulk pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    bisquits
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into a saucepan.
    Cook over med-low heat.
    Add onion, cook and stir until transparent.
    Drain, discarding all but 2 Tbsp. of drippings.
    Stir in flour and cook over med-low heat, for about 6 minutes, or until mixture turns golden.
    Stir in milk and add seasonings.
    Cook and stir continuously until thick.
