Aunt Fanny'S Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender and drain.
    Mash squash.
    Add all the ingredients, saving half of the butter.
    Melt butter that is left and pour over top of squash mixture you have placed in buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with small amount of cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
