Mocha Coffee Basque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. chocolate
    4 Tbsp. condensed milk
    1 1/2 c. strong coffee
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    few grains salt
    dash of vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water.
    Add condensed milk.
    Add coffee slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add evaporated milk, cinnamon and salt and heat almost to the boiling point, beating with rotary eggbeater.
    Add vanilla and serve.
    Yields 4 servings.
