Turkey Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 c. white rice, cooked
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the turkey, onion, peppers and garlic powder. Saute until turkey is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
