Cranberry Orange Sauce(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. juice from oranges
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook cranberries, sugar, ginger and juice on high, covered, for 7 to 11 minutes until the berries pop.
    Stir in oranges and nuts.
    Chill.
    Makes 3 cups.
