Cranberry-Hazelnut White Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
12 oz. white chocolate chips
3/4 c. dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped hazelnuts
Preparation

Lightly butter 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. Heat sugar, butter, cream and salt in heavy 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Continue cooking 5 minutes or candy thermometer reaches 240\u00b0. Remove from heat.
