Olive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. (1 lb.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 (.06 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    1/4 c. chopped pimento-stuffed olives
    2 tsp. olive juice
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix well. Shape into a ball; coat with pecans.
