Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh peaches
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 peach, slice (for garnish)
Preparation

Place 3 cups of peaches in pie shell.
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until well blended.
Spoon over peaches.
Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and remaining flour.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle evenly to cover top of pie (there may be extra topping).
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
Use sliced peach for garnish.
