Marinated Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and peel cucumber.
    Cut thin, thin slices (takes a steady hand and a little time, but it is worth it).
    Sprinkle with salt and sugar; add vinegar.
    Then press slices with back of spoon until salad is quite juicy.
    Cool, crisp and delicious eaten with meat, fish or sandwiches.
