Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
    In skillet, brown pork chops slowly on both sides.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add the cup of water, celery and soup mix.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Turn chops and cook 20 minutes more (or longer).
    Remove chops from skillet.
