Kibbi(Ground Lamb With Wheat Grain) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lamb meat, deboned and defatted
    3 medium onions
    2 c. fine bulghur No. 1 (cracked wheat)
Preparation
    Grind meat and onions together.
    Wash bulghur and squeeze water well from grain by hand.
    Mix with meat and onions.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Grind a second time.
    Mix, using a little water to make the mixture pliable and smooth.
