Spicy Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans black-eyed peas
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped bell pepper
3 chopped and seeded tomatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix and cook all ingredients together in a large kettle.
Goes good with Mexican corn bread.
