Three Bean Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white beans with chicken style seasoning
    2 c. cooked kidney beans with salt
    2 c. cooked black beans with onion and garlic salt
    cream and butter
    cream sauce for topping
Preparation
    Beans should be cooked in separate pans as dry as possible. Mash beans separately through a fine sieve.
    The addition of cream and butter to beans will give an extra rich flavor.
    Carefully alternate bean layers in loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until solid throughout.
    Serve in slices with a cream sauce topping.
