Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread bottom with bread.
    Top with a layer of sausage, then a layer of cheese.
    Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over top of bread, sausage and cheese.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
