Fruit-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
    1 small banana, mashed
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple, well drained
    apple wedges, pear wedges, strawberries or other fruit dippers
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, stir together Neufchatel cheese, bananas and nutmeg until smooth.
    Stir in crushed pineapple or chopped fruit.
    Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
    Serve with apple and pear wedges, strawberries or other fruit dippers as desired.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups (14 servings).
    Also serve Fruit-Cheese Dip as a dessert.
    Serve with fruit dippers or cake cubes.
