Baked Rice Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add rice, spinach and seasonings.
    Beat eggs; stir into rice mixture.
    Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
