Potato Chip Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 1/2 oz. bag potato chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Take bag of potato chips and crush them in bag or use a food processor.
    Put crushed chips and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
    Mix together.
    Melt oleo.
    Dip pieces of chicken in oleo and then dip in mixture of chips/Parmesan and place in a Pyrex dish.
    Salt with garlic salt before placing in the oven.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
