Raisin Oat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture. Blend thoroughly.
Stir in raisins and oats.
